Terms of Service

Last updated: March 10, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dashira (“the Service”), available at https://dashira.tech, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Dashira is an interactive dashboard platform that allows you to upload structured data files, generate interactive HTML5 dashboards, customize their appearance, share them with others, and access auto-generated REST and GraphQL APIs. The Service is provided on a freemium basis with optional paid subscription tiers.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

Dashira offers the following plans:

  • Free: Up to 2 dashboards, file-based import only.
  • Pro ($79/month): Up to 20 dashboards, API import, REST & GraphQL APIs, access control.
  • Ultimate ($199/month): Unlimited dashboards, corporate branding, all Pro features, priority support.
  • Enterprise: Custom pricing with LDAP/SSO, floating licenses, and SLA guarantees.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal or by contacting us.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
  • We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months, except where required by applicable law.
  • If a payment fails, your account will be marked as “past due” and access to paid features may be restricted until payment is resolved.

6. Your Data & Content

  • You retain ownership of all data you upload to Dashira.
  • You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your data solely to provide the Service.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and share the data you provide.
  • We do not access, sell, or share your uploaded data with third parties except as required to provide the Service or comply with law.

7. Dashboard Sharing & APIs

When you share a dashboard (publicly, via link, or with password protection), you are responsible for the content displayed. Auto-generated REST and GraphQL APIs expose your dashboard data — use access controls and API keys to restrict access as needed.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload malicious files, malware, or data intended to exploit the Service
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, or security measures
  • Use the Service for illegal purposes or to process data in violation of privacy laws
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

9. Third-Party Services & Tracking

To operate and improve the Service, we integrate the following third-party tools. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the data practices described below.

  • Google Ads (Google LLC) — We use Google Ads conversion tags and remarketing pixels to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and to show relevant ads to past visitors. Google may collect your IP address, device identifiers, and browsing behavior on our site through cookies. You can opt out via Google Ads Settings or the NAI opt-out tool. Google’s use of data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
  • PostHog (PostHog, Inc.) — We use PostHog for product analytics and session recording. PostHog collects usage events, page views, click interactions, and session replays to help us understand how users interact with the Service and identify areas for improvement. Session recordings may capture UI interactions but are configured to mask sensitive form inputs. Data is processed in accordance with PostHog’s Privacy Policy. You may opt out by enabling “Do Not Track” in your browser or by contacting us at privacy@dashira.tech.
  • Clerk (Clerk, Inc.) — We use Clerk to manage user authentication, account creation, and session management. Clerk processes your email address, authentication tokens, and device information in order to securely identify and authenticate you. Clerk operates as a data processor on our behalf. Their data practices are described in the Clerk Privacy Policy.

Each of these providers operates under their own privacy policies and terms. We are not responsible for the data practices of third-party services. Where required by law, we obtain your consent before activating tracking technologies.

10. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. Enterprise customers with SLA agreements are governed by their specific terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dashira and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to dashboards and data will be revoked. You may request a data export before account deletion by contacting support@dashira.tech.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Where applicable, the laws of the State of Delaware shall apply as the default state law.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located within the United States. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.

Notwithstanding the above, nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
